Hello.

There are times when we get knocked off balance, knocked off our Pathway, by what life can present to us.
We all have "stuff" which we are holding and living with.
Counselling can offer a safe, non-judgemental, friendly environment where you can speak freely, be truly heard, work towards achieving your aims and goals, whilst broadening your inner abilities and self understanding.
My name is Pete, thank you for visiting my site;
Pathways-Counselling-Service.
I am a qualified counsellor, fully insured, DBS checked, and a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
I have years of experience working with varied mental health issues, struggles, and diagnoses, with both young people and adults within charitable and NHS-Partnership organisations, and private practice.
My approach to counselling is friendly, relaxed, and pluralistic, with a grounding in Person-Centred, Existential practice and theory. We are all unique and therefore I believe in delivering a counselling service that is tailored to suit the individual. It is from my grounding that my pluralistic, tailored to suit approach is built off.
